The following FAQs have been designed to answer regular questions raised in relation to using our website:

• How long does the registration last and how many details can I request?
  Registration lasts for one year and you can view full details of up to three sites per day.
  
  
• Why do we have to pay, usually the Land Owner pays?
  As land for sale is at a premium we want to encourage as many land owners as possible to tell us about their land and re-development sites for sale.

• How many sites are added each month?
  Usually between 30 and 40
  
  
• Do you own the land that you sell?
  No we bring buyers and sellers together
  
  
• Is it possible to pay by cheque?
  Yes please make your cheque out to Development Land For Sale Limited and post to St Johns House, 5 South Parade, Summertown, Oxford OX2 7JL
  
  
• Can we add a photo of the development site or plans?
  Yes for every development site.
  
  
• Do you sell or distribute our information to other companies?
  We do not share your details with any other companies, however if you are interested in receiving information from one of the professional companies who have a presence on our website we will ask them to contact you.
